If you’ve started your search for student accommodation in Newcastle for 2016/17 then you might have heard the term ‘block managed property’ and wondered exactly what this type of property is. 

 

In the Roseworth world a block managed property is any student property that we let that is in a block of flats that shares a communal entrance and hallway.  The let includes the use of the property and use of communal access ways and similar facilities.
