How to secure a property

All properties available for viewing can be reserved by placing an initial holding deposit of £100 per person plus a payment of an administration fee equivalent to 2 weeks rent plus VAT.

Once agreement has been made with the landlord, the equivalent of one calendar month rent less the holding deposit will be due on or before the signing of the tenancy agreement. This payment will serve as the Security Deposit Bond during the tenancy. All following rent payments are due in advance and usually by monthly or termly standing order mandate.
