Roseworth have an agreement with all landlords for general repair and maintenance problems we can instruct our maintenance staff asap, meaning tenants do not need to wait for approval from landlord’s, nor for landlord to organise their own contractors before repair work can be done – a massive benefit for our tenants! We can even have one of Roseworth's maintenance staff attend a problem at any of our Newcastle student accommdation on the same day as it's reported...sometimes even within the same hour!

We understand that emergencies can happen during the night and therefore Roseworth provide all our Newcastle student accommodation tenants 4 out of office emergency contact numbers provided in the 'Moving in Guide'. Please note that these numbers are only for genuine emergencies and to be used only when the office is closed.
