As the university term gets underway we hope all of our student accommodation tenants are enjoying the start to the new academic year – working hard but also having lots of fun!

The first step for getting settled into your new student home is to check the inventory which you will have received from a member of the Roseworth team on your move-in date. Please do take the time to do a thorough check on all rooms throughout your new property, making a note of any damage or missing items before returning the signed inventory to our office within 7 days of moving in.  If the inventory isn’t returned to us within the 7 days then we will assume that everything is correct – so please do let us know if there are any problems with your property, we’ll then get them resolved as quickly as possible.

We want you to love living in your Roseworth home and fully enjoy your time at university in the fantastic city of Newcastle. We do ask though that you keep the property in a good condition and we expect your flat or house to be handed back to us in the same condition that it was handed to you, ready for the next group of students to rent and enjoy!

Our office will use the signed returned inventory for your ‘checkout’ at the end of your tenancy to review the property so it is really important that you take the time upon moving in to make sure it’s properly completed.
