Whatever type of property you choose, all Roseworth tenants will have any maintenance or repair work carried out by our specialist team, so you can be assured that your student accommodation will be kept to the highest quality.
We have an agreement with all landlords for general repair and maintenance, meaning that as a student tenant, you do not need to wait for approval for your landlord, or wait for your landlord to organise repair work. One of our expert maintenance staff can even be with you on the same day a repair or maintenance issue is reported, and even within the same hour in some cases, meaning no unnecessary waiting around.
If you notice a maintenance or repair issue, simply contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll sort the rest.
Any health and safety issues are of course given the highest priority, and we always seek to resolve any maintenance issues in our student accommodation as soon as possible.
We understand that emergencies can happen any time of day or night. That’s why our maintenance team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whatever the time, if you have a maintenance emergency, simply call the emergency contact numbers we provide to all our student accommodation tenants. Emergency contact numbers can be found in your Moving in Guide, which you will receive upon moving into your student property.
